Great for my 8 year old son. you look cool The gray color is a kind of grey-blue that I like. The heel section is good in that it's quite strong and a bit stiff, and also not so soft that it immediately folds and deteriorates when you try to put the shoe on like some other "softer and lighter" shoes.
