These glasses definitely block all blue light. I checked them with a spectrometer. They fit my prescription glasses very well and are very comfortable. I only wear them for about the last hour before bed, so I can't speak to long-term wear. The build quality and the price are good. The only downside you have to be aware of is that the colors are clearly shifted. This is fine for reading a book or monochromatic text on a tablet, but not great for gaming, web browsing, or anything else where color is important.
