I chose this product because I needed a fan and a switch for my Raspberry Pi 4. The temperature on my Raspberry Pi was over 60 degrees during normal operation. The Raspberry Pi 4 kit did not come with a power supply with a switch. I had to unplug and then plug the power back in for it to turn the system on. This product was the cheapest solution I could find, so I went for it. The procedure for turning my Raspberry Pi system on and off has been simplified, and the system's operating temperature does not exceed 45 degrees. The problem I had with this product was that its instructions were on two sides of a business card sized card, there were no instructions. where to connect the fan power. I went with the 3.3V pin on the Raspberry Pi's 40-pin header and then switched it to the 5V pin. Note that the instructions don't list the voltage rating for the fan, so I did I tried both 3.3V and 5V pins. I don't know if there is another way to power the fan. I made this decision after looking up the connector pinout online. It is impossible. My solution to this problem was to buy a "jack plug" that allows me to connect the power lines for the fan while plugging in other things.
