It is simple to use and very effective as well! The best thing I like about this program is that it has been designed keeping all of my needs into consideration so that everything works perfectly without any issues at times when we need them most (such as during an emergency).

Sometimes there are minor bugs but nothing major since they have always responded quickly and fixed those problems within 24 hours. Great product overall though - highly recommend if you're looking for something efficient which saves time while still maintaining compliance standards required by your state/country regulations. We were able to easily manage our client base from one place instead having multiple spreadsheets everywhere.
