Get your gaming fingers ready because these batteries are a real gem. It takes about 6-7 hours to charge and that's the only downside. I use a phone charger with the USB cable that came with it to charge the batteries. You can connect the included charging cable to your Xbox One or other USB port for charging. Inserting the batteries is not that difficult, the green arrows "show" the way. If you need help, the instructions are fine, but the Amazon photos show very clearly how the batteries are oriented in the controller. Batteries work with any Xbox One, Xbox S, and Xbox Elite controller. I play maybe 1-2 hours a day and don't need to charge the batteries yet. The charge level has decreased but I would estimate 25-30 hours of playtime on a single battery. Also, you cannot charge the battery while it is in the controller, the battery must be removed and charged separately. The charge level is displayed on the Xbox One dashboard. No messy cables plugged into your controller, no chargers messing things up.
