I am 5ft 9in 135# and my womens size is between 2 and 4. I ordered 7 (which is a junior size) and it fits well. It hits me just above the knees. I have a long waist, high waisted skirt and just the right length. The fabric is above average but not refined, but for the price I'm happy and would buy again.
