Review on πŸ‘“ Set of 2 Fashion Folding Reading Glasses with Leather Cases for Men and Women - Ideal Readers for Stylish Reading by Christine Bergseth

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Quality, style, cost - all this is taken into account.

This is a general overview of quality, style and value. If you've had other foldable reading glasses, chances are you've dealt with one that was pretty flimsy and/or too small. Where the company has sacrificed quality materials and style to bring you something small. Here things are different. Quality: They appear to be strong, not very light metals. The screws seem to do a solid job, not just a pivot point to let everything spin freely. I'm actually hoping they loosen up a bit, but over time, but I love that they hold together so well. Style: My biggest gripe with other folding glasses is that they don't look like regular glasses. Some of them are so narrow that it is difficult to focus on real glasses. When opened, they look like full glasses. Maybe a bit closer to reading glasses, but I can wear them close OR on my nose. Both are convenient and make reading easier for me. Cost: $15 for 2 couples? Seriously, you probably have pretty low expectations for what they're going to be at this price point. Since I wear read-only glasses, I've bought more than I need Walmart glasses to keep at home and they're better than any I've bought. These are my "going" readers. Something my wife will carry in her purse (size) and I'm not afraid to wear in public (style). In my opinion it is good value for money. As with any pair of folding glasses, I can't imagine they're built for heavy use. Anything with moving parts has a finite lifespan. The more you move these parts, the more the screws/connections wear out. However, as casual readers, they are great. I will be using them for the menu and for great travelers from home. I keep my really cheap articles at home for everyday reading.
