I like that it's easy to set up, has good documentation for all of its features (including mobile), is very fast in response time so my site doesn't go offline as often. It can be expensive if used too much or with low traffic sites because they charge per API request rather than by page view/visit which makes sense but seems high compared to other services we've been using previously. Make sure you use this service correctly - don't abuse their free tier! We were able to quickly get our web presence back online after an outage at another hosting provider left us without any servers available.
