Review on ☕️ Black+Decker 12-Cup Programmable Coffee Maker CM1160B, Black/Stainless Steel by Jay Mitchell

Very very VERY disappointed and upset. Today is only my 3rd day owning this coffee maker and therefore my 3rd time using it. Both times it was fantastic! But for some reason the water doesn't go away today. The pot was on for 8 minutes and nothing dripped in at all and this is the second batch I'm trying. I've tried turning off the kettle, draining the water and refilling. I also checked that the filter wasn't blown off and that the basket was in the correct position. I'm at a dead end. If I've been using it for a while I would put it down to a good deep clean, but this product is brand new I wouldn't have to bother with it that much. I'm someone who really counts on the first cup in the morning, so it really took a toll on my day. I will most likely return for another product as my faith in Black & Decker has been shaken.
