Looks great but scratches very easily

The drain itself looks nice when installed but be aware that it scratches very easily. We recently remodeled our bathroom and by the time it was all finished we had been through four of them because she would scratch every time a tool was used, every time mortar or grout got on her she would scratch them, or if you erase it had to. Lift the drain from top to bottom. Once assembled it looks great and works well but it scratches very easily contrary to what the description says. One of them was even scratched before we took it out of the box. The black matte finish is also very easy to remove during transport.
