Frustrated and heartbroken

This candle was bought as a gift for my father because my mother passed away a few months ago. They have been married for 46 years. We wanted to honor her memory this Christmas with this candle and her message, but we can't right now. The candle was completely broken. The packaging for such a fragile item was woefully inadequate (see photos) as if it were an afterthought. I am very disappointed and heartbroken.
