I bought it about 5 months ago and it's been working almost continuously since installation since I've been using it in one of my mining/videos Encoding Settings. I've never had any problems with it, I initially thought the fan was failing after 5 months of ownership, but upon further checking it turned out to be the GPU fan which was near the PSU. The unit comes with a 10 year warranty, which you can extend if needed with the units sold by Revain, as I did as EVGA's warranty is limited. An additional policy covers accidental damage. So far it has had no problem drawing 500-750 watts (read by a wattkiller) from the wall 24/7, just make sure there is adequate ventilation. I'd also say it's pretty quiet with a huge 140mm fan (near here). When I have both the GPU and my CPU at 100% video encoding, I can't even hear the PSU fan, of course I can hear it when I turn everything off, but other case fans are running at the same time. After all, this is a solid device with a good enough warranty to support that claim without further information. They're willing to bet their installation will last 10 years before problems arise. That speaks volumes for itself.
