I've seen some people say the handle is broken. My question is why do you put so much pressure on it to break it. You don't need to put any pressure on it to work properly. This is the easiest way to put lotion on my back when my husband can't. I've used it a lot since I got it and I love it. This is useful when there is no one around to help. The only thing that was difficult at first was getting the handle out. After doing that I smeared some petroleum jelly where it clicks and it works smoothly to change the cover. It helped me a lot and that's why I give it 5 stars.
