FINALLY! TOTALLY PERFECT MUG! The empty mug weighs 6 1/4 ounces so is VERY light for glass. With a water-like liquid filled about 1/2 inch from the top, it weighs 1 pound 2 ounces, so it remains light even when filled. It holds 14 ounces to the rim and about 12 ounces per half inch from the rim. It has an almost completely flat bottom, so water does not accumulate at the bottom of the dishwasher, which cleans perfectly. It is durable and can withstand minor impacts. It is nicely packaged in a styrofoam box to protect the cups. Mine arrived with no problems. They won't leave coffee stains and have a handle that's comfortable for most people. This is so much better than any double sided or single sided mug compared to many I've tried. It has a great rim shape on the cup and no drips on the sides like with reversible cups. It is 3 1/2 inches high and 3 1/4 inches wide. You can easily pick up the mug by the handle after heating it for 2 minutes in the microwave (which I use constantly all day/every day). The price is reasonable compared to other glass mugs. So I fell in love with this mug, already ordered two sets and I'm not complaining! I can't imagine ever ordering a mug again after using this one! I think you will like them too! Update - After years of use these mugs still look brand new. My friend liked my drinks and decided to give it a try. Now he wants to use my cups all the time. I just ordered my fourth box so we have enough for everyone. - Ha!
