Best wireless headset I've used in 9 years of home work.

I have been working from home for 9 years and have used several different headsets during that time. I bought a Leitner headset last year when my old headset died. I love it and would recommend it to anyone who needs a wireless headset. The quality and ease of use are amazing. I use a Leitner headset to connect to Microsoft Teams and make all direct calls from my office phone. Call quality is excellent, at least according to meeting participants. In the past few months, our company has transitioned to using Teams, so I spend 90% of my time using Teams for calls. Before this change, I mostly used the default phone for all my calls. Pros: 1. I live in an old house and my plaster walls have wire mesh and previous headsets would shut down before I got the "distance" I needed to get out of the headset. I can move into my apartment with Leitner.2. The sound quality is amazing.3. Easily switch between computer and landline/digital line.4. The battery charges quickly.5. Easy to understand buttons on the lights at the base.6. Easy to install.7. The headset is so light I forget I'm wearing it after I speak.8. The headset has a five-year warranty. I have previously bought another brand and the headset died within a year but was not under warranty. The headset costs the same as the Leitner.9. Headsets.com customer service is fantastic. I recently had an issue with my headset and Headsets.com was quick to fix it. The reels sent by headset.com are a pleasant surprise. Cons: 1. If you need more than 8 hours of talk time, there is no easy way to charge another battery without buying another headset and base station. Sometimes I need 12 hours of talk time through the headset. My old headset had an external battery and charger that could be swapped out if needed.2. Can't connect my phone to this headset, that would be ideal so I don't have to pass my phone through. If your job requires you to make calls from your computer over a standard phone line, this wireless headset is for you.
