Review on 🔧 Efficient Replacement: New Diesel Valve Power Stroke EGR4479 5C3Z9F452AA for Ford 6.0L 2004-2010 by Brent Peterson

I installed this on my 2004 Ford 6.0L Diesel. As another reviewer noted, the o-rings were too big to fit. Try as I might, there was no way to seat the valve. I fixed the situation by reusing the o-rings from the old EGR valve. Then I just lubricated the o-rings with engine oil and they snapped into place. I deducted a star for that. Had it fitted correctly initially I would have given the valve a 5 star rating! I've used my scanner to reset the check engine light and I haven't seen it come back yet. The new valve works! Fingers crossed. I will definitely update my review if my valve fails.
