No runner. Size 4T fits a 2 year old boy.
I have a size 4T for my son who is 4 years old but these pants are too small for him, I was expecting a comfortable warm run but it's not even a run. I think these pants could fit a 2 year old boy. I will return my purchase.

- So far it has held up to the wash. I bought another pair from another company and the shins are a bit dull.
