The system is very flexible so it allows us as an organization access different aspects in order for our business process flow within e-commerce platform or sales automation processes/systems where we need more control over user permissions which can be restrictive; some features are not easy accessible because they require additional software (like Adobe's) but I'm sure this will get fixed soon! My team has been able realize how important customer service becomes once you implement AI tools into your work environment by using chatbots such as Chatterbot - Sales Enablement tool built directly inside Microsoft Teams allowing customers reach out via email messages instead of phone calls when contacting their account executive teams who have limited time during working hours.
