These silicone cupcake liners arrived yesterday and I made the eggs. They turned out great and slipped off the pan as soon as they cooled down. I've made egg bites several times at home in traditional non-stick muffin pans with cooking spray, with or without liners, and they always stick. But with these new silicone pans, they didn't stick. Ideally sized bowls for adding toppings and egg mixes. Of course, they should be used on a baking sheet for obvious reasons. And yes, like everything else, they need to be cleaned after use, but no major cleaning is required. Just spray the soap and once with the scrub brush and the conditioner will be perfectly clean. However, silicone does absorb odors, so I always rinse with both hot and cold water. and we recommend using a free and transparent dishwashing detergent. I only mentioned this because another reviewer complained that they had to clean these pans afterwards. These aren't magical self-cleaning pots, but they come close lol.
