I did not purchase through Amazon but started using this product a few months ago and got rid of my old deep conditioner completely. It's so moisturizing without being too bulky. I use this to detangle my hair, especially after blow drying it when it can be very drying to the ends. I have 4c cotton hair and this product makes it so manageable after use. I use a clarifying shampoo or rinse out in the shower, then use a curl cloud and leave it on my hair for 5-15 minutes. Then when I wash my hair, I use a wide-toothed comb to detangle it. Makes laundry day so easy
