I highly recommend Fitcrunch Whey Protein Powder. I eat a high-protein but not high-calorie diet, so 25 grams of protein in a 120-140 calorie (depending on your taste) drink is great for my morning or afternoon snacks. It's a very fine powder. It mixes well with hot and cold drinks and doesn't settle to the bottom of my cup. The three flavors I've tried so far, vanilla, chocolate, and coffee, taste great even when I mix them with plain water. The combination of whey and casein works fantastically, leaving me feeling full and not deprived. It also comes in a snack container (not purchased from Revain) which is great for taking to the office or on weekends. I've tried at least 6 different brands (many flavors) and this is my favorite protein shake mix so far.
