As much as I love how it turned out, I really want to deduct stars for having to improve (ie actually do) cable management now. While the instructional video shows installation on the edge, I think the center line is what is needed most for a TV on a stand. Check out my photos to see what this setup looks like on a 55" TV. In terms of quality, I love that they use genuine 3M brand tape on the back. I've placed and removed the strip a few times and reduced the number of LEDs from 18 to 14, all facing directly towards the wall. So that you can compare with your setup, my TV is about 7 inches from the wall. Depending on how you position the strip, you may have an issue where the USB cable casts a shadow as it partially obscures the LED. As you can see, I solved this problem by making sure that the cable was pulled all the way out and tucked under the end of the other cable.
