The case is strong but the foam doesn't hold darts and the case is too short for my steel tip darts without removing the tip and fletching. Although the case was not of the highest quality, I was contacted by Mark Hughes. He was concerned and we discussed what I considered inferior. He seemed genuinely concerned. I was impressed with him and he vowed to fix things for me. I have since bought a Ternion case from the same company and am happy with it. I still give my original case one star and customer service five.
