Review on Techwood Smokeless Non Stick Extractor Technology by Chef Buntiloy

I bought this grill based on the popularity and good reviews, this is my experience with this product. According to the instructions there are two filters, the instructions say the white filter should be cleaned after 10 uses and the carbon filter lasts up to 1 year. My grill did not have filters and they are not listed on any of the parts that came with the grill. I have searched online to purchase these filters but could not find any replacement parts or filters for this grill and there is no website or product guarantee anywhere. The grille is easy to disassemble for cleaning, but without a filter, the fan collects grease, blows grease out, and smokes like crazy. The grille itself is fine, but without a filter, the fan can't be thoroughly cleaned, and it's just as difficult to get grease out of every plastic internal corner and crack. I would return this product but figured the filters weren't a big deal. and threw away all the packaging. Filters are serious!
