Not being an expert, I am working on myself until I can drive them. I started out with what I would call a starter drone and gradually worked my way up to a larger one and have to say it's a lot of fun for my limited indoor flights. I find it easy to set up and operate for the first time, the controls and instructions make it easy to get started. The drone is lightweight but the construction feels solid. It comes with two batteries and spare props in case a small accident happens. The props appear to be easily interchangeable when needed, and the batteries are easy to charge and swap out. The controller runs on four AA batteries, which are not included but are easy to install. It doesn't have a camera, but it can perform a few tricks that can help you improve your flying skills. I would suggest flying it outdoors or indoors on calm days if you have the space because it's light. I think it's tough enough to withstand falls and hard landings, but I don't want it to be blown away in high winds. I wanted to include some photos of the promotion in my review but unfortunately since I received it the weather has been rainy and windy and I haven't been able to go outside with it. It's lightweight, but the build quality is excellent. The controller is solid with well thought out controls that are easy to understand and use for people of all ages. 4 AAA controller batteries are not included. I would not recommend flying it on windy days. I think it's good value for money. If all entertainment were so affordable we would be happy vacationers all the time.
