I watched the video, followed the instructions exactly. I also cleaned and dried the screen of the new iPad and put on the frame. Then everything went wrong. The frame interferes with the placement of the glass and you should try to adjust it without touching the surface. It is too hard. After finally smoothing it out, I ran my finger through the center as instructed, but ended up with a stain in the center. I tried to sort it and after a day of pushing it finally went away. So it just fitted my wife's iPad frameless and had no placement or bubble issues. I am satisfied with the product, the instructions are useless.
