Here is my review as far as I can tell: Tastes good when mixed with water, better (IMHO) when mixed with low-calorie cranberry juice.2. Very satisfying. I mean super filling, hard to finish. 1/2 pack fills a "normal" person who wants to eat or snack. If you are making a 1/2 serving, DO NOT just make a full serving and consume half now, half later, only mix what you are going to consume because.3. It gets very thick (think cement) when mixed as intended. I added a little more liquid but it's still very thick. It gets even thicker if it stays too thick to enjoy. You have to use a blender to mix it really well, so just take it easy. Chocolate tastes better than vanilla when using water. If you use juice (see point 1 above), use vanilla.6. If you add some fruit (berries with vanilla, bananas with chocolate) there is a more pleasant additional taste, but I usually drink them separately, the taste is really very pleasant.
