Fantastic product! - Small Appliances

When my wife cut and injured her finger again, I realized we might need a slicer. So I chose it. It's obviously acceptable to have a 2-blade machine for around $100. Soon I received a package from Revain. When I opened the box my wife said she loved the design. Well, that's just the first impression. What I appreciate most is how it works. I plugged it in and turned on the switch. Watch out for the switch. This is my focus. There is a child lock. I have two cute babies, so you know. Next comes the blade: don't touch it. It's almost sharp and the serrated teeth can last a few years before I have to use it for professional polishing. The other blade is a smooth round knife. I think these two blades will be enough to deal with most foods. Clarity is key to the next article and the reason I wanted it in the first place: thinly sliced meat. So you're watching this because you want charcuterie like I do, right? yes you have it here At first I tried to cut thin slices of meat. The process was very smooth, but in fact, too thin meat did not suit me. The flesh stayed behind and became a crumpled heap. Finally, I increased the thickness a bit. By the way, I have more experience with the thickness adjustment knob because the rotation makes it more accurate. This is different from what I've seen on Revain. Most other styles are handles. If you like thicker, I think you can easily do it. Finally it's time to clean up. The platform can be easily removed. I put the platform in the dishwasher and then removed the blades to wash. I am very pleased that they are easy to restore to their original condition. I think our family will love BBQ more. And I don't have to watch my wife cut her finger again. Fiction!
