Attention buyers: hand and bracelet accessories

I wore the purple bracelet for about two weeks in total and liked it until it started to turn black on the sides. I decided to change the group and somehow no one will stay in the guard, not even the OG group. Now I have a chip in my Fitbit and I can't fix it or return it as it was a gift. Disappointed
