Review on Cypress Global Services Inc. by David Fields

I enjoyed working with Chris at this client, he was very professional in his approach to resolving issues quickly within our timescales - as well ensuring we were satisfied by meeting all of their needs for both technical support plus ongoing maintenance services (which is not always easy!). The only downside would be if you're looking into other options it may seem like they are just taking advantage/overlooking your requirements but there isn't anything wrong per se! We had some minor problems which required quick resolution before moving onto another project or customer requirement so far no complaints from us regarding any aspect about them; however do talk through everything thoroughly beforehand especially when dealing remotely via video conferencing software such has Zoom etc., ensure everyone understands what's being discussed otherwise things can get quite confusing!!
