I ordered these two lamps. They arrived and one worked perfectly. The other was used and when taken out of the box both ends of the bulb were black as if burned out. When I installed it it didn't work. I have to eat up the cost and re-order as I don't have time to return a blown bulb and wait for the company to get the refund and then send me another one. As I said one works great and I'm ordering again only frustrated at the inconvenience and the fact that I paid for two in advance and one didn't work.
