Supplied as a pair but one tube was crushed. I don't know how one survived, but it works as expected. It is not enough to just protect the glass lamps with bubble wrap! Of course, USPS should be more careful, but tell the postman and you don't know what might happen to future shipments.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying. Great price but they don't work with plugs. Put one in and there was absolutely no light in the aquarium. It was dark, like there was no light at all. Tried another, same thing. By sending them back, you're buying something that really works.

I was concerned after reading other reviews. Well, even though it was wrapped in bubble wrap and couldn't seem to move in the box, not a single light bulb worked for me. Both had a blow inside. I have asked for replacements but have to return these two. If the next set doesn't work, I'll take another commenter's advice and just buy from the store.

I ordered these two lamps. They arrived and one worked perfectly. The other was used and when taken out of the box both ends of the bulb were black as if burned out. When I installed it it didn't work. I have to eat up the cost and re-order as I don't have time to return a blown bulb and wait for the company to get the refund and then send me another one.
