When I ordered my granddaughter her first doctor kit, I didn't open it up immediately because I figure it would be as described on the box. The box has a cartoon. I waited until christmas to open her gift. Tough it had the pieces it said it would have, but we were clueless as to how to set up the " tray" there was no instructions on how to set it up. It wasnt until I received an email asking for a review, in the email was the picture with everything in the box and a picture of the tray that was set up in the picture. If the toy came with instructions or an actual picture of how its suppose to look, then it would make it less complicated on setting up. The pieces are long gone now and the only thing that she likes playing with is the stetsescope and the needle.
