Mason jars are great for food storage and sourdough fermentation.
Encheng 32 ounce wide mouth jars are great for food storage and sourdough fermentation. Upon receipt, I put two jars in the dishwasher and then added the sourdough starter I made the week before. The two jars were the perfect size to hold the extra flour, sugar and water and I enjoy seeing the progress made each week as I open each jar and feed the appetizer honey. The jars are tightly sealed and the sourdough is amazing. I would recommend Jars to anyone looking for quality glass jars with airtight flip top lids.
