Review on 🥛 100% Hormone-Free Micellar Casein Protein, Chocolate, 4LB by Roberto Smith

I am on a ketogenic diet and occasionally need a protein supplement to top up my protein stores at the end of the day. I have a lot of whey that I use for cooking, but I need casein as a pudding or ice cream dessert. The bonus is that casein keeps you fuller for longer. Most other brands had too many carbs. There weren't any reviews when I bought it, but I liked that it didn't use any artificial sweeteners and only had one carb per serving. So I decided to take a risk and order vanilla flavor as vanilla can easily be changed to another flavor or cut without flavor. Half a scoop mixed with Greek yogurt makes a pudding that tastes a lot like cheesecake. I suspect it would make good mug cakes too. It has a nice, smooth texture compared to Muscle Feast casein (the only other brand of casein I've tried). So far I am very satisfied and will definitely order more.
