We bought this as a second resin printer and our original is over 3 years old (from another company). The quality of this Mars 3 printer is fantastic compared to our old printer. Printouts are crisp and detailed, and print speeds are at least twice as fast. The lid comes off easily for easy access to the tank, and the controls are large and uncluttered. The documentation was easy to understand. Conveniently, the power button and USB port are on the front of the device. When I contacted customer service with questions, they responded quickly and professionally. My only future suggestions would be: - Improved website instructions for firmware update steps. (We found out) - Includes a screen protector as some other brands do. (We bought some cheap iPad cases and cut them to size) - contains more than just a FEP 2.0 film. It's a solid product and I suspect it will be our go-to device for years to come.
