The colors are very vivid! I was a little skeptical as I haven't seen any overview photos of what the colors actually look like. I just tried Gold and am very impressed so far. I know the directions say to heat the pellets in hot water, but I used a heat gun instead. As the pellets melted, they continued to stick to the surface I was heating them on (glass, wooden table) so they had to glue the pieces together. Overall I am happy with the color effect!
