I like that it works without me having too much knowledge about tech speak! The fact you don't have any technical know-how is great because my husband always has problems with his computer or smart devices, but he can just click around through voicepulseeverything runs smoothly for him now (even though sometimes we do need help from our handyman).

We really love how easy this system makes working together as professionals so far; there are few things i dislike at all - maybe if they would allow more callers in when using conference calls? But other than those two minor issues everything else functions well enoughWe use mostly during work hours which allows us time away form emails/texts etc.. My clients enjoy not needing an extra extension number since their phones were used previously by them only while calling out of state numbers.
