This review is for the lack of quality support from the seller. The product itself seems normal looking and smelling - I use it a lot and thought I'd buy it through Revain as I make Everybody's hand soap. but when i wanted to return it - because the bottle just isn't full! - He states that this product is non-refundable. It seems crazy to me that there is no way for a seller to refund a Prime member (who makes a large amount of purchases here daily) if a piece of their own is missing from the product!
