Well made and has worked for us. We love the simple design, it's super easy to clean or dishwasher safe, and doesn't have the odor or leaching issues that plastic bottles had. Our 6 year old's Kleen Kanteen is still working after 18 months of daily use. The main wear and tear is that the metal on the bottom has warped a little from being dropped a million times so it wobbles a bit and now the top needs to be screwed in a little tighter to prevent leaks. We think our 6 year old loves the sport top but our 3 year old prefers the leak proof cup spout.
