Very dissatisfied with the seller
These are very cute slippers but the shipper sent us an EU size 23 instead of a size 32. It clearly states that it is a women's size 2. Now we have to pay to send them back to ENGLAND and MAYBE get a refund. And it took weeks to get them and now my child who has frostbite and is not meant to freeze still has no slippers. We live in a remote area, there is no mall here, we have a broken stove, it can be 20 degrees Fahrenheit and it would be nice not to run into it.
