I recently bought HAFLINGER girls' slippers from Sonne for my daughter and I am very happy with my purchase. The slippers are beautifully crafted from quality materials and are extremely durable. Very dissatisfied with the seller

These are very cute slippers but the shipper sent us an EU size 23 instead of a size 32. It clearly states that it is a women's size 2. Now we have to pay to send them back to ENGLAND and MAYBE get a refund. And it took weeks to get them and now my child who has frostbite and is not meant to freeze still has no slippers. We live in a remote area, there is no mall here, we have a broken stove, it can be 20 degrees Fahrenheit and it would be nice not to run into it.
