***UPDATED*** the customer service was really good. Sent me a replacement right away. This one works as expected. I guess the 1st one was just faulty. But I’m happy now.Avoid this item. 1st time using it, started smoking and it melted 1 battery. Now my car smells like burnt plastic. Very unhappy and just glad I didn’t walk away from it.

- The batts work great as does the charger. Good deal, highly recommend.

- May not be compatible with other camera models.
