Throw away the poufs and use them instead
I threw away my mesh poufs after learning how they keep bacteria out and need to be replaced every month. I used to use a car wash-sized sponge for bathing, but these silicone brushes are more hygienic and fun. I know how to paint showers: I have pink, my husband has blue (although pink is fine with him), and I wash my dogs green. We all love soft bristles. The nubbed side is great for applying body scrubs and scrubs in the shower. Dogs can't talk, but they smile when they get all soapy. So take that and throw away the puffs.
