Perfect for sleeping on your side on a mattress that is too hard
I bought a very firm mattress to help my muscles recover from strength training and running. Now I'm pregnant and have to sleep on my side, but I've found my hard mattress is terrible for side sleepers. I woke up every day with terrible hip and shoulder pain and needed a solution ASAP. I decided to try this instead of resorting to an expensive new mattress and I'm so happy I did! This topper is very comfortable and I haven't had any pain since using it.
