Don't pay attention to negative reviews! Excellent goods!

If you know what you are doing then this is a great product. First, it doesn't need a ridiculous bit rate to work properly, it just needs common sense and problem solving. I use this with a cobalt in-line pump that works great. The CO2 is supposed to form a pool at the top as the fan blades spin the diffusion, you don't see it dissolving in the water because it becomes molecular.
