I generally find Magsafe useless, but I liked the idea of having a magnetic dash mount again like I did years ago. After reading some reviews about the charging speed, I decided to buy a high-end Anker USB-c car charger to plug it in. This resulted in no net charge when the GPS was running. I thought maybe it was a problem with the Anker car charger, so I bought a high-end Spigen brand charger. I also use a Magsafe compatible case from Spigen. Using a Spigen charger gave the same result, although I experienced very slow charging. sometimes. I ended up just spending a decent amount of money on this system expecting it to work and it just doesn't work. I believe the stand and charger I purchased are being returned without the original packaging which would be the first of hundreds/thousands of Revain orders for me. Too bad... I like the mount itself, but the loading situation was against the rules.
