This is simply the best choice to replace toner for your Samsung laser printer. We eventually ran out of starter toner, so I checked Samsung for supplies. They wanted about $350 to replace all four toner cartridges in our laser printer. That's almost double what I paid for the printer itself. These arrived quickly and fit perfectly. I had an issue with magenta cartridge stripes and another was questionable. I contacted Cool Toner Support and they got back to me quickly. I told them about the troubleshooting steps I had taken and it was found that unfortunately I became inoperable. Maybe that was because of the cold Alaskan winter and the fact that he had to reach us by airmail. Anyway, Cool Toner sent us two replacement cartridges via UPS 2-Day Air. These cartridges installed normally and worked well. I understand that sometimes things get damaged in transit or you just get a defect that happens. What really impressed me was the speed and ease with which Cool Toner took care of us and got us up and running. After that, a Cool Toner support representative contacted us to make sure the replacement was working properly. At the time of writing this review, the replacement devices have been running flawlessly for about 5 months. They will definitely be my first choice when it comes time to swap out our cartridges again.
