I have ordered this product three times (01/01/18, 07/31/18 and 04/16/18). Like most of you I was looking for a cheap alternative to Samsung toner and their prices. Good price for a set of cartridges. They were very easy to install and they all work fine except the purple one which doesn't work properly. Colors off, not enough red. It is not clear what to do with a return if a cartridge in the kit is not good. I can play around with this set and use a different color printer for documents that SHOULD be true color, but I'm not sure I'd risk buying them again. I will not buy this brand or printer cartridges from other brands again. I purchased and received this toner kit in mid-April 2019 for my Samsung C-1810C series printer.
