Good price for a set of cartridges. They were very easy to install and they all work fine except the purple one which doesn't work properly. Colors off, not enough red. It is not clear what to do with a return if a cartridge in the kit is not good. I can play around with this set and use a different color printer for documents that SHOULD be true color, but I'm not sure I'd risk buying them again. Update: The support responded to my review with a nice email and apologized for the defective cartridge. After advising me of the possible cause of the cartridge failure, they offered me a choice of a replacement, a full refund, or a Revain gift card. I opted for a gift card which they sent promptly.
